Introduction<br />

You, the so-called<br />

“person” reading this<br />

page on your iPad,<br />

computer, notebook<br />

or Kindle - you are<br />

reading from one of<br />

two possible<br />

outlooks. If you are<br />

like I was until the<br />

age of 48, you<br />

believe you are an<br />

individual person<br />

<strong>with</strong> a brain that is<br />

the seat of your<br />

awareness. You<br />

believe yourself to<br />

be a doer of things,<br />

the I-thought <strong>with</strong><br />

free will, and that you have some control over the outcome of your<br />

game of life. You believe you exclusively exist in a particular<br />

location at a particular time and that there is a world “out there”<br />

full of objects that exist independently from you and from each<br />

other. This is a dual outlook.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re is also the outlook of non-duality. Anyone can taste it<br />

anytime by asking the question in the very Now, “Who or what am<br />

I?” <strong>The</strong> Truthful answer always is, for everyone, the same still<br />

silence that avails itself as this I-thought vanishes or becomes<br />

transparent. So the Truth is... we are literally nothing. Inside of<br />

that no-thing everything mysteriously appears like a movie on a<br />

screen.<br />

That contradiction of simultaneous something AND nothing<br />

cannot be grocked by the mind. It can only be intuited by grace.<br />

<strong>The</strong> mind can point to it <strong>with</strong> lots of juicy words but it can never<br />
