So, Robert, you come off as a rather quiet unassuming fellow, but I
think you're a head harvesting spiritual warrior, dude.
ROBERT WOLFE: Thank you.
TRIP: Enlightenment is not for the faint of heart, is it?
ROBERT WOLFE: True.
TRIP: And I'll follow that up by reading something that you wrote
in your book, you say, "If divine recognition is your urgent
priority, then the essential aspects of your daily life are, or are
obliged to be, organized around that sustained motif. Are they? If
not then conditions are not appropriate for proceeding". That's
the straightforward talk that's like replete throughout your book,
and I found it very refreshing.
ROBERT WOLFE: Thank you.
TRIP: [Laughs] Yes, so you've had a very interesting life, we can
talk about that, or we can get right into your work, what would you
like to do?
ROBERT WOLFE: Well I'd rather not talk that much about the
past, so let's talk about what's present.
