WIZARD: Right on; the train you heard [Laughs], it was the peace<br />

train.<br />

MATT KAHN: I love it.<br />

TRIP: Getting into the nuts and bolts, I love something you said,<br />

you said, "Why should I call a tree what it doesn't call itself"<br />

[Laughs]. That cracks me up because; I mean I go around all day<br />

long calling things what they never claim to call themselves.<br />

WIZARD: Love makes no claim of its own.<br />

TRIP: And you say, "So what happens when I just look?" And<br />

you’re good at just looking; can you take someone down the royal<br />

road of not labeling, but just looking?<br />

MATT KAHN: Sure. What we always want to do is we want to use<br />

our present moment reality as where we gather evidence, because<br />

what's true in this present moment is true in all moments.<br />

Because of course the Truth, the Truth is a word that means<br />

always. we want to kind of see what always is the case, what we<br />

start to see, the first step I would say is what always is the case is<br />

that we first notice that there are things changing. And we're not<br />

going to ostracize and push away what's changing, we're just going<br />

to say, what changes is a momentary appearance or declaration of<br />

the Truth, but the Truth itself is just that which is always the same<br />

and never changing. We start to see the body's always changing,<br />

the thoughts are always changing, the feelings are always<br />

changing, and time is always changing.<br />

And we start to say, okay, now what isn't changing at all? And<br />

what we start to see is that the things we are seeing are always in a<br />

state of change, even a cup that I would look at in front of me right<br />

now was created in time, and it will be destroyed in time. And yet<br />

what we start to see if we just stare at an object, if we look at<br />

different objects, what we're looking at is an object appears to<br />

change, the decoration changes, but perhaps we see the seeing,<br />

what actually views the objects, doesn't change at all. Even when<br />
