that behavior is open for inspection very clearly in right Now. And<br />

it's amazing how when you are the Now, literally, how<br />

spontaneously your actions take care of the Now, regardless of<br />

how they look. And that's just surrender, and then don’t look back.<br />

TRIP: Good advice. So, Francis, you wrote, "As long as there are<br />

others, our conduct cannot be rooted in love". That's like a big<br />

wow because almost every romantic book every written and every<br />

movie ever made [Laughs] about so-called love is actually BS,<br />

right? Because all of them have two people that are looking at each<br />

other, right?<br />

WIZARD: It's desire.<br />

TRIP: None of that's love, right? Francis?<br />

FRANCIS LUCILLE: It depends; it is certainly not sexual desire, or<br />

passion, and some sensation. Love is when you are able to put<br />

yourself in the other person's shoes so to speak, so that you are<br />

free from your own identification so that you can see the situation,<br />

embrace the other, the body of the other as being your own body.<br />

WIZARD: Yes.<br />

TRIP: Francis, we can’t hear you. Are you still there?<br />

FRANCIS LUCILLE: Watching the same beautiful mountains.<br />

TRIP: So being in that beautiful, natural place probably is a very<br />

healing and nurturing environment. How lucky you are to be<br />

looking at the mountains.<br />

FRANCIS LUCILLE: Well I've not always lived in this beautiful<br />

way. I remember a long time ago finding myself in France at night<br />

during the winter, it was very cold, in a train station outside on the<br />

platform. And there was a little house, a little protection, it was<br />

dirty, and people were smoking in it, and there was only one<br />
