Dosages<br />

Once the appropriate regimen has been identified, refer to Table 4: Doses <strong>of</strong> First-line<br />

Antituberculosis Drugs for Adults and Children for instructions on dosages for each<br />

drug. First-line antituberculosis medications should be administered together; split<br />

dosing should not be used<br />

The following drugs are available in the state <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong> for treating TB disease. These<br />

drugs are provided free <strong>of</strong> charge upon approval <strong>of</strong> the TB <strong>Program</strong>.<br />

Isoniazid (INH)<br />

Rifampin (RIF)<br />

Rifabutin (RFB)<br />

Rifapentine (RPT)<br />

Ethambutol (EMB)<br />

Pyrazinamide (PZA)<br />

Aminoglycoside (amikacin, streptomycin)<br />

Moxifloxacin<br />
