3. Imports into Bosnia <strong>and</strong> Herzegovina of the following wines referred to in<br />

Article 2 of this Protocol shall be subject to the concessions set out below:<br />

4. Bosnia <strong>and</strong> Herzegovina shall grant a preferential zero-duty within tariff<br />

quotas determined in point 3, subject to the condition that no export subsidies shall<br />

be paid for exports of these quantities by the Community.<br />

5. The rules of origin applicable under the <strong>Agreement</strong> in this Annex shall be as<br />

set out in Protocol 2 of the <strong>Stabilisation</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Association</strong> <strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />

6. Imports of wine under the concessions provided in the <strong>Agreement</strong> in this<br />

Annex shall be subject to the presentation of a certificate <strong>and</strong> an accompanying<br />

document in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 883/2001 of<br />

24 April 2001 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council<br />

Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 as regards trade with third countries in products in<br />

the wine sector 1 to the effect that the wine in question complies with Article 2(1)<br />

of Protocol 7 of the <strong>Stabilisation</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Association</strong> <strong>Agreement</strong>. The certificate <strong>and</strong><br />

an accompanying document shall be issued by a mutually recognised official body<br />

appearing on the lists drawn up jointly.<br />

7. The Parties shall examine, no later than three years after entry into force of<br />

this <strong>Agreement</strong>, the opportunities for granting each other further concessions taking<br />

into account the development of wine trade between the Parties.<br />

8. The Parties shall ensure that the benefits granted reciprocally are not called<br />

into question by other measures.<br />

9. Consultations shall take place at the request of either Party on any problem<br />

relating to the way the <strong>Agreement</strong> in this Annex operates.<br />
