BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA TARIFF CONCESSIONS
FOR COMMUNITY INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS
Duty rates will be reduced as follows:
(referred to in Article 21)
(a) on the date of entry into force of the Agreement, the import duty will be
reduced to 75 % of the basic duty;
(b) on 1 January of the first year following the date of entry into force of
the Agreement, the import duty will be reduced to 50 % of the basic
duty;
(c) on 1 January of the second year following the date of entry into force of
the Agreement, the import duty will be reduced to 25 % of the basic
duty;
(d) on 1 January of the third year following the date of entry into force of
the Agreement, the remaining import duties will be abolished.
