upon arrival. Personal Checks are not accepted at check-in.<br />

We welcome overnight campers on a first-come/first-serve<br />

basis. Please be considerate of your neighb<strong>or</strong>s and plan to<br />

arrive bef<strong>or</strong>e 11:00 PM (quiet time).<br />

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 11:30 AM f<strong>or</strong> Campsites and<br />

10:00 AM f<strong>or</strong> Vacation Rental Trailers and Cabins.<br />

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A Reservation Deposit of $100<br />

per week per Campsite ($25 f<strong>or</strong> spring <strong>or</strong> fall) is required<br />

within 7 days of making reservations. Vacation rentals<br />

require a deposit of $500 per week (1 night’s rate spring <strong>or</strong><br />

fall). Balance is due upon arrival. Checks only accepted 30<br />

days in advance f<strong>or</strong> campsites <strong>or</strong> 60 days in advance f<strong>or</strong><br />

rental trailers and cabins.<br />

FUTURE RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be made<br />

one to two years in advance. A one week minimum stay<br />

is required.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelling <strong>or</strong> sh<strong>or</strong>tening a PEAK<br />

SEASON reservation must be done at least 30 days pri<strong>or</strong> to<br />

the arrival date f<strong>or</strong> campsites and 60 days pri<strong>or</strong> f<strong>or</strong> rental<br />

trailers and cabins <strong>or</strong> deposits will be f<strong>or</strong>feited (7 days pri<strong>or</strong><br />

f<strong>or</strong> spring and fall).<br />

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Vacation Rental Trailers and Cabins<br />

require a $50 security deposit at check-in. The security<br />

deposit will be refunded when the key is returned. Lost key<br />

fee is $35.00.<br />

MINIMUM STAYS: Advance reservations during peak<br />

season must be f<strong>or</strong> a period of 3 nights <strong>or</strong> m<strong>or</strong>e. Holidays<br />

(Mem<strong>or</strong>ial Day Weekend, July 4th and Lab<strong>or</strong> Day Weekend)<br />

require a 3-night minimum stay. Vacation Rental Trailers<br />

and Cabins require a 2 night minimum in spring and fall<br />

and one week minimum during peak season.<br />

fee of $2.00 per night. If there is already a 2nd vehicle on<br />

the campsite, they must be placed in st<strong>or</strong>age <strong>or</strong> designated<br />

PETS: WE LOVE PETS...However, all pets must wear<br />

current and valid rabies tags, be leashed, cleaned up<br />

after, attended to at all times and not be vicious <strong>or</strong> exotic.<br />

S<strong>or</strong>ry, pets are not allowed in vacation rentals except<br />

f<strong>or</strong> designated “Pet Friendly” units. Pets may not be left<br />

unattended at any time. Excessive barking is not permitted.<br />

Pets are not permitted in Group Tent areas.<br />

BICYCLES: DON’T FORGET YOUR BIKE HELMET! Maryland<br />

State Law requires that children<br />
