IOL222 Door controller based on LonWorks technology. Can manage two identifiers<br />

even when different (i.e. readers, keyboards, etc.) and, thanks to two ON/OFF<br />

inputs, it is possible to verify door status (open or closed) and connect a manual<br />

button for output request. The two relay outputs are normally used to manage<br />

the electric lock (or access automatism) and to activate a local alarm device. The<br />

node communicates with the LonWorks network via a FTT-10 78 Kbps transceiver.<br />

Identification data is forwarded to an APICE LonServer APICE device which contains<br />

a database of authorised cards. One LonServer device is required for each 8 doors<br />

to be controlled.<br />

IOL332 Two door controller based on LonWorks technology. A high performance<br />

device which can manage 1 or 2 doors with both Wiegand and Clock/Data<br />

identification devices. Two relays control locks (or automatisms) on each door and<br />

a third relay can manage a local alarm device. Two clean contact inputs can collect<br />

door status or other signals. The IOL332 controller works together with an external<br />

access control manager, such as an APICE LonServer device, or with a local list of<br />

100 enabled cards. This local list can also be used as a security list in the event of<br />

failure or disconnection from the external database manager. One LonServer device<br />

is required for each 8 doors to be controlled. The controller must be installed in a<br />

LONSERVER Powerful, reliable control unit for access management, operating<br />

with LonWorks technology. Each LonServer has an autonomous memory for<br />

26,000 enabled users over 8 managed doors, including all access levels, permitted<br />

timetables, expirations, etc. In less than 80 ms this unit can receive, elaborate<br />

and restore transit authorisation on a card. The recorded history contains the last<br />

4,000 registered events at all times. Interfaces with AxWin management software<br />

but can also manage, without the help of a special PC, all typical functions of an<br />

Access Control system, first verifying all access rights and then recording event<br />

results or any alarm or abnormality. Can also be used as a Time Attendance<br />

APB MANAGER Antipassback Manager is a powerful “host-node” based<br />

on LonWorks technology which manages Antipassback between multiple<br />

LonServers. Allows management of antipassback policy without the use of a<br />

supervisor, freeing the PC system from normal operation. It is necessary for<br />

systems with complex Antipassback management which require information<br />

exchanges between multiple LonServer nodes. The APB MANAGER in fact<br />

receives transit information from any LonServer, processes Antipassback policy<br />

and sends it to all others to enable/disable the appropriate readers. The model<br />

managing 5 LonServers coordinates Antipassback between 40 doors while the<br />

model which manages up to 10 LonServers controls up to 80 doors. Multiple<br />

JLON Identification terminal based on LonWorks technology. Equipped with a 12 key<br />

membrane keyboard and a 32 character back-lit LCD display. Can be fitted with an<br />

integrated or external reader for magnetic or proximity cards. Used when setting a high<br />

security identification point is necessary, where access is allowed only upon proper<br />

recognition of the card and user PIN code. An IOL222 or IOL332 door controller node must<br />

be associated to an identification terminal to perform a complete access check, since the<br />

JLON does not offer electro-controlled unlock contacts (for security reasons). For each<br />

identification, whether it be authorised or not, the JLON shows a display message which<br />

AxWin LON - Licenses<br />

Software AxWin LON for access control in LonWorks technology. Born from<br />

the most consolidated experience and main APICE specialisation. Manages<br />

LonServers directly: automatically downloads events from LonServer memory<br />

and sends any type of variation, performed by an operator, of user access<br />

rights. Communication between AxWin/LON and LonServers is completely<br />

automatic so that the operator does not need to perform any manual operation<br />

to ensure alignment. Divided in sizes relative to the number of LonServers<br />

which it can manage. The Single-User version is a single workstation and does<br />

not allow Client connections. The Server version is workstation which allows<br />

other Client workstations. Additional modules are available (Client License,<br />

Visitor Management, Photo View, Attendance Printing, etc.) to satisfy all<br />

AxWin LON - Assistance contracts and updates<br />

The annual AxWin software assistance contract is advantageous for a series of reasons. The basic contract<br />

includes telephone assistance between the hours of 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm on all business days. For those<br />

clients with particular needs, APICE offers complete assistance between the extended hours of 8:30am-12:30pm<br />

and 2pm-6pm, including teleassistance service. For further information, consult the Price List or contact the<br />

AC6400 General purpose I/O device based on LonWorks technology. Equipped with<br />

4 power relay outputs which can directly control 1 KW of resistive load at 220 VAC or<br />

750 VA of reactive load (i.e. fluorescent lamps). Outputs can be manually controlled<br />

in the same way that inputs can be forced via use of a switch located on the front<br />

panel. When the manual control is enabled, the red LED switches on and status is<br />

communicated on the network. Manual output controls also operate in the event of<br />

CPU failure. The AC6400 is used for lighting technology and, in general, for room<br />

control (office, common areas, etc.).<br />

INTELLIGENT CARD HOLDER Card holder normally used in hotels to confirm the<br />

presence of clients their room for room activation. This “intelligent” card holder<br />

prevents any object of the same size of a card from activating the system. It can also<br />

distinguish between two users, typically between clients and cleaning personnel.<br />

This distinguishing between cards is performed via a photographic identification<br />

procedure which graphically distinguish cards. Self-learning is effected on cards via<br />

card holder programming. Supports cards of any type of technology.<br />
