1983 - 1986 : Extra-ordinary (associate) professor at the <strong>EPFL</strong>, with tenure of the Chair of Rural Engineering,<br />
responsible of the education and research in hydrology, water resources and agricultural<br />
engineering,<br />
Since 1986 : Ordinary professor at the <strong>EPFL</strong>, responsible for the teaching and the development of fundamental<br />
and applied research in the fields of soil physics, hydrology, water resources, land use,<br />
