volume 5, page 1, of the Plat Records, Webb County, Texas; said 1,273.87 sq.ft. Acre Tract is more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:

COMMENCING at a found iron pin, on the north comer of the southeast comer-clip of Block NO. 2, of the Laredo Interna-
tional Airport Plat, recorded in volume 5, page l, of the Plat Records, Webb County, Texas; being this point on the west
right-of-way line of Maher Avenue;
THENCE, N03°02'43"E, along the east boundary line of said Block No. 2, also the west right-of-way line of Maher Avenue,
a distance of 149.64 feet to a set iron pin and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this tract herein described;
THENCE, N03°02'43"E, continuing along the east boundary line of said Block No. 2, also the west right-of-way line of
Maher Avenue, a distance of 10.17 feet, to a set iron pin, for an exterior comer and point of deflection to the left;
