Conditional Use Permit
Narrative of Proposed Use
The purpose of this application is to request a permit to be able to use
the isth floor for amusement redemption machines.
The total square footage is 5825, broken up into four phases.
* Each phase to have 60 amusement redemptions machines.
The hours of operation will be from 10 am to 2 am.
Four employees are projected for the first phase, two per phase
thereafter according to completion. Note: As occupancy increases
as a result of said venue hotel personnel will increase we .
anticipate doubling in the first year.
