A brilliant man, with excellent foresight, who spearheaded
many policies for the well­being of Singapore ­­ the setting
up of EDB and many monetary policies via MAS to
accelerate the growth of Singapore as a prime financial
hub in this region. We salute you, Dr Goh, for all your
contributions to where we are today. Thank you!

great deal for Singapore as Deputy Prime Minister and
Cabinet minister, especially as Minister of Education. I am
