6.2. Adjectives: Comparisons with As…as and Than
We will start this topic by reading a newspaper restaurant review in the “Grammar in Context” section in
your textbook. Remember to do the activities “Before you Read” and “After you Read”.

Now it is necessary to answer the following comprehension questions:

see the structure of the comparatives as…as and than. Then read the “Grammar Notes” section in which
you will learn about the uses of adjectives to make comparisons – specifically comparisons with as…as
and comparatives adjectives with than.
