KAISERLEE BOARD
Kaiserlee board is a very unique and versatile fusing material. It is ready to use, no prefiring is needed. It is reusable
countless times without losing firmness. KLB does not absorb heat like other ceramic or stailess steel
molds, damns or kiln shelves.It ensures even heat distribution and less stress on the glass and will cut down on
annealing times. It is a rigid material that is extremly easy to to cut or reshape. This material can be cut and
shaped with tools laying around the workshop or kitchen. Custom casting molds can be be created in just minutes
with just a plastic spoon as a sculpting tool. Cut custom shaped molds quickly and easily with a pumpkin carving
knife. Create 2 and 3 layerd slumping molds by cutting a series of 2-3 rims in graduated sizes and stack them at
different heights for layering. Make custom shaped damns for thick casted pieces. KLB can be used as a draper
or as a slumper, the list of possibilities are countless. Kaiserlee board is available in 3 thicknesses 1”, 1 1/2” & 2”.
The boards are 24” x 36” and are also available 18” x 24” and 12” x 18” For specific projects using Kaiserlee

GLOW IN THE DARK FRIT & POWDER
Glow Glass glow in the dark frits and powders are non-toxic, non-radioactive and non-carcinogenic. The frits are
available in COE 90 and COE 96. There are 5 colors available in COE 90 and 6 colors avalable in COE 96, both
are packaged in 8 oz. jars. There are 7 colors of powder that are compatible with all types of glass and glass
rods. The powders have a much more vibrant glow than do the frits, and can be used inflameworking as well as
glass blowing. Powders are packaged in 4oz. plastic bags. Glow properties last up to 15 hours depending upon
how long light is abosorbed initially. This material can be charged with natural sunlight, blacklight or white light in
just 5 to 10 minutes.
