TRAINING<br />
Training for <strong>Unipol</strong> Assicurazioni personnel<br />
In 2002, training was somewhat stepped up particularly in the light of the new<br />
Claims Settlement Department and for personnel working in the Sertel Service<br />
Centre. 65 new employees were trained.<br />
Overall, over 1,600 employees underwent training of some kind, with 23,500<br />
man/hours dedicated to training.<br />

Training of the external network<br />
Training of external agency personnel covered a total of 1,300 participants and<br />
more than 2000 man/hours. Agents underwent training to improve managerial<br />
skills, new insurance consultants were trained and technical/commercial train-<br />
ing was carried out. All Directors of Assicoop took part in a seminar on leader-<br />
ship and management of working groups. Training continued for new insurance<br />
consultants, with 42 new salesmen.<br />
