<strong>Unipol</strong> considers the reliability and transparency of its services the guiding prin-<br />
ciple of its actions and an essential element if insurance activity is to have a so-<br />
cial role in terms of increasing safety and social security.<br />
When accepting risks and settling claims, the Company must act correctly and<br />
coherently seeking to satisfy its customers in terms of price and quality of per-<br />
formance and service. Therefore, <strong>Unipol</strong> has adopted a policy of transparency<br />
in technical and commercial dealings aimed at providing the customer with full<br />
satisfaction. Products are distributed with customized services for each individ-<br />
ual customer and, through Agreements, members of partner organizations are<br />
given advantageous conditions.<br />
AGREEMENTS<br />
Agreements are one of the main instruments by which the Company provides<br />
service to the community. The Agreements were created to reinforce the close<br />
relationship with member organizations but were later extended to leisure asso-<br />
ciations, volunteer associations and co-operatives.<br />
