Introduction<br />
I am, Henok Merhatsidk a post graduate student in international Relations, AAU.I am doing<br />
my MA thesis on Security Factors affecting Ethio-Kenya Relations (post 1991) Challenges<br />
and Prospects. The main objective of the study is to look into Ethio-Kenya political and<br />
security relations in tackling both their domestic and external security threats.<br />
Therefore your genuine information is highly appreciated and valuable for the study. I would<br />

only for research purpose. I greatly appreciate and acknowledge your taking time to speak<br />

1. What are the main factors that commanded the common actions of Ethiopia and<br />
Kenya? How do you evaluate the inter–state relations of the two countries?<br />
2. How do you evaluate the participation of civil societies of Ethiopia and Kenya for strong<br />
relations of the peoples of the two countries?<br />
3. How do you evaluate the level of infrastructure development that could link Ethiopia and<br />
Kenya? What are the main factors for the present level of infrastructure between the two<br />
