Seasons Greetings!
Here it is! Quick & Easy Crochet
magazine has been “remodeled” with
an all new look, larger pictures and
easier to read text…even a new logo. I hope you
will enjoy Quick & Easy Crochet more than ever.
There are several last minute Christmas
projects in this new issue. You can make a
sparkling tree skirt with our Snow at Night design
on page 4. The Giant Stocking on page 25 is simple
to make and will look great hanging on the
mantle—but know it will take a lot to fill this one!
The Shades of Red afghan on page 30 is a
traditional quilt design made with single crochet
stitches only. it will make a dramatic
accent for any style of decor.
The dolls on page 5 are Part One of Four Seasons.
Autumn and Wynter are introduced to
you in this issue; Spring and Summer will be
coming in the January/February ’05 issue.
Wishing you peace and joy, D
Set
26 November/December 2004 • Quick & Easy Crochet
This Shawl is made according
to a mathematical theory
named for August Ferdinand
Mobius. If you were to draw a
line following the center of
this shawl, the line would go
around the top and bottom
and end back where it started
without ever leaving the
surface. The sleeveless top
and shawl are made
with another new yarn
from Coats & Clark®
named CaraMia.
Instructions on page 15.
