emotions, settlement considerations other than<br />
money, release issues, tax consequences, and<br />
other points of interest in the swirl of federal and<br />
state statutory and common employment law<br />

“In-House and Outside Counsel Collaboration for<br />
Mediation Success,” by Erika J. Gardner of Home<br />
