the Guadeloupe material is lectotypified here.
Habitat: common epiphyte in rainforests.
Material examined: BASSE TERRE: Cascade aux
Écrevisses, Christenhusz 2739 (NY, TUR).
Note: This species was confused with E. rigidum by
Proctor (1977, 1989).
