Consumer <strong>Service</strong>s<br />
The <strong>Missouri</strong> <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Commission</strong> has two offices for assisting consumers. The offices<br />
are located in Jefferson City and St. Louis. The <strong>Commission</strong> is open from 8-12 noon and 1-5<br />
p.m., Monday through Friday, except on state holidays.<br />
If you live outside of the St. Louis area, you may contact the Jefferson City office without<br />
charge by using the toll-free Consumer Hotline: (BOO) 392-4211. ><br />
If you live in the $1. Louis area, you may take your complaint to the <strong>PSC</strong> Consumer <strong>Service</strong>s<br />
