3.4 Other cases
There is another type of quantifier which was not dealt with in the previous
sections: the pronominal use of eall. The examples are given in (18) and (19).
(18) pronominal quantifier
a. 7 on þinre bec ealle sind awritene;
and in thy book all are written
“and in thy book all are written” (ÆCHom I 481. 174)
b. Hwæt ða ealle samod blissodon on godes herungum. swa micclum
