Summary of the invention consists in that the device for
treatment of vertebral column scoliotic deformation includes
two parallel guide rods, on which there are installed vertebra
fixation elements and rod tightening elements. The rod
tightening element includes a tightening stud with threaded
ends, the middle portion of which is made of hexagonal
form, on one end it is made the left thread, and on the
opposite end the right thread, fixing the rods by means of
connecting nodes. The vertebra fixation element consists of a
screw with head of cylindrical form, on the lateral side of
which it is made a scallop for fixation to the rod, the screw
head is made with an end part with thread of a smaller
diameter, wherein it is made a slot, the screw is also
equipped with a cylindrical insert, wherein there are made
two scallops on its lower edge at an angle of 45°with its axis.
Esenţa invenţiei constă in aceea că dispozitivul include două
tije de ghidare paralele, pe care sunt montate elemente de
fixare a vertebrelor şi elemente de strângere a tijelor.
Elementul de strângere a tijelor include un bulon de
strângere cu capetele filetate, porţiunea de mijloc a căruia
este executată de formă hexagonală, la un capăt este executat
filet de stânga, iar la capătul opus filet de dreapta, fixând
tijele prin intermediul unor noduri de îmbinare. Elementul de
fixare a vertebrei constă dintr-un şurub cu cap de formă
cilindrică, din partea laterală a căruia este executată o
decupare arcuită pentru fixarea de tijă, capul şurubului este
executat cu o porţiune de capăt cu filet având un diametru
mai mic, in care este executat un şliţ, şurubul este dotat cu un
cuzinet cilindric, in care sunt executate două decupări arcuite
pe marginea lui inferioară sub un unghi de 45 ° faţă de axa
lui.
