plecand de la dorinta de a obtine anumite proprietati cum ar fi<br />

de exemplu o buna stabilitate termica se construiesc structurile<br />

moleculare care ar putea da astfel de proprietati. Problemele<br />

ridicate de proiectarea moleculara sunt dificile si complexe si de<br />

aceea necesita combinarea diferitelor tipuri de tehnici ale<br />

inteligentei artificiale.<br />

In descoperirea de noi proprietăţi, stabilitatea termica a<br />

materialelor sintetizate este una din cerinţele cele mai<br />

importante, de aceea scopul principal al acestui studiu inovativ<br />

este proiectarea moleculară cu ajutorul diferitelor instrumente<br />

ale inteligentei artificiale a unor materiale cu proprietăţi de<br />

cristal lichid, cu o bună termostabilitate. Deoarece cristalele<br />

lichide termotrope sunt materiale in care proprietatea de<br />

ordonare în structuri lichid cristaline se produce pe un anumit<br />

domeniu de temperatura si implica cresterea temperaturii<br />

sistemului, este usor de inteles rolul primordial pe care îl joaca<br />

stabilitatea termică pentru aceşti compusi. Proiectarea<br />

moleculara realizată contribuie la obtinerea de noi materiale cu<br />

proprietati de cristal lichid cu un consum mult mai mic de timp<br />

dar si cu o importanta economie de bani pentru ca sintezele pot<br />

fi conduse in asa fel incat sa se obtina proprietatile dorite.<br />

In this study the stalks of rapeseed plant (Brassica napus), as<br />

an agricultural residue, has been investigated as a source for<br />

cellulosic fibers production. Delignification of rapeseed stalks<br />

was carried out by conventional sulphate pulping under varying<br />

conditions. The influence of effective alkali (16, 18, and 20%<br />

Description NaOH on oven dried rapeseed stalks) and maximum<br />

EN temperature (150, 160, and 170°C) on the fibers yield and lignin<br />

content was studied. Time to achieve maximum temperature (60<br />

minutes), reaction time at maximum temperature (60 minutes),<br />

the solid-to-liquid ratio (1:5), were kept constant in all the<br />

experiments. Results indicated that effective alkali was the most<br />

important parameter, temperature having a minor effect on pulp<br />
