This invention deals with a method for obtaining UV resistant<br />

cellulose textiles by means of a nanometrical superficial finishing<br />

using the monochlorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compounds<br />

with four UV absorbers: benzophenone, benzoin ethyl ether (2ethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone),<br />

Michler’s ketone (4,4’-<br />

bis(dimethylamino) benzophenone), ferulic acid (trans) (3-(4hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-propenoic<br />

acid). The method implies<br />

two stages: the grafting of monochlorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin on<br />

the cellulose support – by means of a pad-dry-cure technique -, and<br />

the inclusion of the UV absorbers - by impregnation in solution.<br />

This finishing is effective and washproof. At industrial scale, it has<br />

as potential application the finishing of fabrics destined to summer<br />

clothes, clothes for sport and indoor activities, as well as to clothes<br />

used in special medical conditions (persons presenting<br />

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor ţesături<br />

celulozice rezistente la radiaţiile UV, folosind un procedeu de<br />

finisare superficială nanometrică cu ajutorul compuşilor de<br />

incluziune ai monoclortriazinil-β-ciclodextrinei cu patru absorberi<br />

UV: benzofenona, benzoin-etil-eterul (2-etoxi-2-fenilacetofenonă),<br />

cetona Michler (4,4’-bis-dimetilamino- benzofenonă), acidul ferulic<br />

(trans) (acid 3-(4-hidroxi-3-metoxifenil)-2-propenoic). Procedeul<br />

presupune două etape: grefarea monoclortriazinil-β-ciclodextrinei<br />

pe suport celulozic - printr-o tehnică de tip fulardare-uscare-fixare<br />

termică-, şi includerea absorberilor UV - prin impregnare din<br />

soluţii. Această finisare prezintă eficienţă şi stabilitate la spălare. La<br />

scară industrială, invenţia are ca aplicaţie potenţială finisarea<br />

ţesăturilor destinate îmbrăcămintei de vară, a celei pentru activităţi<br />

sportive şi în aer liber sau pentru situaţii deosebite din punct de<br />

vedere medical (persoane fotosensibile sau cu un cancer al pielii).<br />
