Is is a conveyor roller (swivel) wich can have multistage bearings
beetween the role and the swivel pin, and also beetween the swivel
pin and the fixing ousingh. The advantage is that by blocking a line
of balls, the rotation movement of the roller is carried by other rows
of balls from the bearing, and the blocked row can be detected by
the naked eye, can be changed while the machine or equipment will
be stopped for reasons independent of it.
Another advantage is that by deblocking the roller, the rubber bands
of the role will not break and there will be no additional energy
consumption.
Este o rolă care poate avea rulmenţi etajaţi între rolă şi ax, dar şi
între ax şi lagărul de fixare. Avantajul este acela că prin blocarea
unui rând de bile, mişcarea de rotaţie a rolei va fi preluată de
celelalte râduri de bile de pe rulmenţi, rândul blocat putând fi
detectat şi cu ochiul liber, putând fi schimbat când maşina sau
utilajul va fi oprit din motive independente de aceasta.
Un alt avantaj este acela că prin neblocarea rolei, benzile de cauciuc
ale rolei nu se vor rupe şi nu va exista consum de energie
suplimentar.

The submerged arc welding (SAW) process is used to joint in the
flat position. In this new technique in addition of flat position, over
head and vertical position is obtained. The novel technique
acceptance given by the experimental setup on the effect of
magnetic flux composition on the microstructure and mechanical
properties of the high quality weld metal. The extensive use of
SAW technique is due to certain inherent metallurgical and process
advantages industries.
