Jelena Vesić is independent curator, art critic <strong>and</strong> editor who lives <strong>and</strong> works in Belgrade. She is<br />

also co-editor of Prelom Journal <strong>and</strong> member of Prelom Collective [www.prelomkolektiv.org]. Her<br />

work is mostly dedicated to the politics of representation in art <strong>and</strong> visual culture <strong>and</strong> critical<br />

examination of new models of interacting between theory <strong>and</strong> art in the broader social field. Her<br />

curatorial practice often experiments with frameworks, methodologies, contextual <strong>and</strong> collaborative<br />

aspects of presentation of art.. She was publishing her texts in various art magazines,<br />

Liu Wei živi i radi u Pekingu. Diplomirao je na Odsjeku likovnih umjetnosti na China Central<br />

Academy of Drama, a završio studije na “Simpoziju za relaciju između religije i kulture”, na Univerzitetu<br />

u Pekingu. Njegovi radovi bave se ličnim iskustvima i sjećanjem, kao i realnošću i ubrzanom<br />

istorijom savremene Kine. “Sjećanje” je glavna tema njegovih radova, jer povezuje istoriju<br />

s jedne i stvarnost s druge strane. Izlagao je na brojnim izložbama u mnogim internacionalnim<br />

institucijama, između ostalog u: ZKM Center <strong>for</strong> Art <strong>and</strong> Media, Karlsruhe; Centre Pompidou,<br />

Pariz; Nasher Museum of Art, USA; Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin; Musée Fabre, Montpellier;<br />

The Centre of Contemporary Art Palau de la Virreina, Barcelona; Haus der Kulturen der Welt,<br />

Berlin; Taipei Fine Art Museum i The Guangdong Museum of Art China itd.<br />

Liu Wei lives <strong>and</strong> works in Beijing. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of China<br />

Central Academy of Drama <strong>and</strong> completed his studies at the Symposium on the Relationship<br />

between Religion <strong>and</strong> Culture, hosted by the Beijing University. His works are closely related to<br />

personal experience <strong>and</strong> memory, as well as the reality <strong>and</strong> rapidly changing history of contemporary<br />

China. “Memory” is the main subject in his practice, connecting history on one side <strong>and</strong><br />

reality on the other. His works have been exhibited at internationally including institutions such<br />

as ZKM Center <strong>for</strong> Art <strong>and</strong> Media in Karlsruhe; the Centre Pompidou in Paris; Nasher Museum of<br />

Art in U.S; Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin; Musée Fabre in Montpellier; The Centre of Contemporary<br />

Art Palau de la Virreina in Barcelona; the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin; Taipei<br />

Fine Art Museum <strong>and</strong> The Guangdong Museum of Art China etc.<br />

Sharif Waked rođen je 1964. u Nazaretu kao izbjeglica iz palestinskog sela Mjedil. Radi i živi na<br />

relaciji Haifa/Nazaret. Ironičnom refleksijom moći i politike, Waked izokreće ustaljene estetske<br />

<strong>for</strong>macije i promišlja apsurdnu stvarnost političkog konflikta. Waked je učestvovao na brojnim<br />

bijenalima i izložbama u muzejima Bliskog Istoka, Evrope i SAD-a, uključujući: (2009) Contemporary<br />
