They offer performance-oriented solutions for humid to damp-area applications (e.g. basements and bathrooms) as well as for exterior applications with direct water contact (e.g. windows). Based on 70 years of expertise and development, WACKER’s dispersions have water resistance levels that can be adjusted to match the specific application areas of the wood-based materials. For example, the new VINNAPAS ® DPX 271 dispersion, a water resistant and ultra low formaldehyde binder, enables discoloration-free bonding of sensitive types of wood.
