Late latency of the negative deflection can be recognized (≈640 ms). In addition, a weak<br />

P600 effect can be recognized on the central parietal electrodes, but with a later latency<br />

(≈850 ms), as shown on Figure 59.<br />

Figure 60 provides distribution map <strong>for</strong> the ‘case-chi’ experiment. Persistent negative<br />

deflection at the right frontal electrode sites and a weak P600 effect are clearly visible on<br />
