(b) in Annex I, the following is inserted after the entry for France:<br />

‘— in Croatia: Article 46(2) of the Act on Resolution of Conflicts of Law with Regulations of Other<br />

Countries in Certain Relations (Zakon o rješavanju sukoba zakona s propisima drugih zemalja u<br />

određenim odnosima) in relation to Article 47(2) of the Civil Procedure Act (Zakon o parničnom<br />

postupku) and Article 54(1) of the Act on Resolution of Conflicts of Law with Regulations of Other<br />

Countries in Certain Relations (Zakon o rješavanju sukoba zakona s propisima drugih zemalja u<br />

određenim odnosima) in relation to Article 58(1) of the Civil Procedure Act (Zakon o parničnom postupku),’;<br />

(c) in Annex II, the following is inserted after the entry for France:<br />

‘— in Croatia, the “općinski sud” in civil matters and the “trgovački sud” in commercial matters,’;<br />

(d) in Annex III, the following is inserted after the entry for France:<br />

3. Regulation (EC) No 1896/2006 is amended as follows:<br />
