Regulation (EC) No 1221/2002 is amended as follows: (a) in Article 5(2), the following sentence is added at the first subparagraph: Period covered by the derogation First transmission in Years 2001-2012 2001-2012 Not to be transmitted’ ‘For the Republic of Croatia, the first transmission of quarterly data shall relate to data starting with the first quarter of 2012. The Republic of Croatia shall deliver these data no later than by the end of the first quarter following the date of accession.’; (b) in Article 6(1), the following sentence is added at the first subparagraph: ‘The Republic of Croatia shall deliver to the Commission (Eurostat) quarterly back data for the categories referred to in Article 3, starting from the first quarter of 2002.’; (c) in Article 6(2), the following sentence is added at the first subparagraph: ‘The Republic of Croatia shall transmit to the Commission (Eurostat) quarterly data relating to the first quarter of 2002 until the fourth quarter of 2011 no later than end December 2015.’. 4. In Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 437/2003, Section ‘CODES’, ‘1. Reporting country’, the following is inserted after the entry for France: ‘Croatia LD’. 5.
