‘European Community’ and ‘Iceland’.
(42) In Annex 60, under heading ‘PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE INFORMATION TO BE ENTERED ON THE
TAXATION FORM’, subheading ‘I. General’, the following are inserted:
(a) in the column following the sentence beginning with ‘The taxation form shall bear’:
