In Article 26, the following paragraph is added:<br />

‘3. Equidae which are born in Croatia by 30 June 2013 at the latest, and not identified in accordance with this<br />

Regulation, shall be identified in accordance with this Regulation by 31 December 2014 at the latest.’<br />

(25) 32008 R 0798: Commission Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 of 8 August 2008 laying down a list of third countries,<br />

territories, zones or compartments from which poultry and poultry products may be imported into and transit<br />
