The Annex is amended as follows:
(a) In the title ‘Annex’, the following is inserted after the entry ‘in French’:
‘PRILOG —’.
In the first section ‘List of establishments’, the following is added to the list of terms after the entry ‘in French’:
‘POPIS OBJEKATA —’.
In the second section ‘Product: Stomachs, bladders and intestines of animals’, the following is added to the list of
terms after the entry ‘in French’:
‘Proizvod: želuci, mjehuri i crijeva životinja —’.
In the subsequent points, the following respective entries are added after the respective entry ‘in French’:
(i) In point 1: ‘Nacionalna referenca —’.
(ii) In point 2: ‘Naziv —’.
(iii) In point 3: ‘Grad —’.
(iv) In point 4: ‘Regija —’.
(v) In point 5: ‘Posebne napomene —’.
(b) In the respective title to the table:
(i) starting with ‘Страна: АФГАНИСТАН —’, insert the following after the entry ‘in French’:
