administration of tariff quotas and introducing a system of import licences and certificates of origin for garlic and<br />

32012 R 0029: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 29/2012 of 13 January 2012 on marketing standards<br />

for olive oil (OJ L 12, 14.1.2012, p. 14):<br />

Article 9(1) is replaced by the following:<br />

‘1. The Member States shall take the necessary measures, including as regards the system of penalties to ensure<br />

compliance with this Regulation.<br />

The Member States shall communicate to the Commission the measures taken to that end no later than 31 December<br />

2002 and the amendments to those measures before the end of the month following that in which they are adopted.<br />

The Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia shall notify the<br />

Commission of the measures referred to in paragraph 1 no later than 31 December 2004, and of amendments to<br />

those measures before the end of the month following that in which they are adopted.<br />

Bulgaria and Romania shall communicate to the Commission the measures referred to in the first paragraph no later<br />

than 31 December 2010, and the amendments to those measures before the end of the month following that in<br />

which they are adopted.<br />

Croatia shall communicate to the Commission the measures referred to in the first paragraph no later than<br />

31 December 2013, and the amendments to those measures before the end of the month following that in<br />

which they are adopted.’<br />

N. HOPS<br />

(1) 32006 R 1850: Commission Regulation (EC) No 1850/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules<br />

for the certification of hops and hop products (OJ L 355, 15.12.2006, p. 72):<br />

(a) In Annex V the following indent is inserted before the entry ‘in Italian’:<br />
