(1) 32007 R 0341: Commission Regulation (EC) No 341/2007 of 29 March 2007 opening and providing for the
administration of tariff quotas and introducing a system of import licences and certificates of origin for garlic and
certain other agricultural products imported from third countries (OJ L 90, 30.3.2007, p. 12):
In Annex III the following entry is inserted after the entry ‘in French’:
‘— in Croatian: izdane dozvole koje vrijede samo za podrazdoblje od 1. [mjesec/godina] do 28./29./30./31.
[mjesec/godina].’.
(2) 32011 R 0543: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011 of 7 June 2011 laying down detailed
rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 in respect of the fruit and vegetables and
processed fruit and vegetables sectors (OJ L 157, 15.6.2011, p. 1):
(a) In Annex XIII, Part B, the following entry is inserted after the entry ‘in French’:

32012 R 0029: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 29/2012 of 13 January 2012 on marketing standards
for olive oil (OJ L 12, 14.1.2012, p. 14):
Article 9(1) is replaced by the following:
‘1. The Member States shall take the necessary measures, including as regards the system of penalties to ensure
compliance with this Regulation.
The Member States shall communicate to the Commission the measures taken to that end no later than 31 December
2002 and the amendments to those measures before the end of the month following that in which they are adopted.
The Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia shall notify the
Commission of the measures referred to in paragraph 1 no later than 31 December 2004, and of amendments to
those measures before the end of the month following that in which they are adopted.
Bulgaria and Romania shall communicate to the Commission the measures referred to in the first paragraph no later
than 31 December 2010, and the amendments to those measures before the end of the month following that in
which they are adopted.
Croatia shall communicate to the Commission the measures referred to in the first paragraph no later than
31 December 2013, and the amendments to those measures before the end of the month following that in
which they are adopted.’
N. HOPS
(1) 32006 R 1850: Commission Regulation (EC) No 1850/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules
for the certification of hops and hop products (OJ L 355, 15.12.2006, p. 72):
(a) In Annex V the following indent is inserted before the entry ‘in Italian’:
‘— in Croatian: Certificirani proizvod — Uredba (EZ) br. 1850/2006,’.
(b) In Annex VI the following is inserted before the entry for IE:
‘HR for Croatia’.
(2) 32008 R 1295: Commission Regulation (EC) No 1295/2008 of 18 December 2008 on the importation of hops
from third countries (OJ L 340, 19.12.2008, p. 45):
In Annex I, the row with entry ‘(HR) Croatia’ in the first column is deleted.
