Using Other Command Options<br />

Many of the sees commands provide options that control their operation in useful ways.<br />

This section describes these options and explains how you may use them to perform<br />

useful work.<br />

Getti ng Help with SCCS Commands<br />

You can display helpful information about an SCCS command by giving the name of the<br />

command as an argument to the help command. The help command displays a short<br />

explanation of the command and command syntax. For example, the command<br />

help rmdel<br />

displays the message<br />

rmdel:<br />

rmdel -rSI D name ...<br />

Creating a File with the Standard Input<br />

You can direct admin to use the standard input as the source for a new s-file by using<br />

the -i option without a file name. For example, the command<br />

admin -i s.demo.c
