the complex is composed <strong>of</strong> 0.50 m thick greyish<br />

yellow indistinctly horizontal strati<strong>fi</strong> ed silt with an<br />

even greater content <strong>of</strong> sand.<br />

Pollen analysis <strong>of</strong> the 1.75 m thick silt layer has<br />

shown that pollen is well preserved. Its concentration<br />

is small. At the time <strong>of</strong> silt and sandy silt<br />

poor. The spores and pollen spectra provided no basis<br />

for a more precise biostratigraphcal correlation.<br />

According to the OSL dating results, the deposition<br />

took place 86.1–81.6 thousand years ago (Table 1).<br />
