<strong>Nourishing</strong> <strong>Skin</strong> <strong>Yogurt</strong> F-<strong>0060</strong>(<strong>AP</strong>)<br />
Procedure:<br />
1. PART A: Combine all ingredients and heat to 70°C. Mix until uniform.<br />
2. PART B: Combine all ingredients in a separate vessel and heat to 70°C.<br />
Mix until uniform.<br />
3. When both PARTS A & B are uniform, slowly add PART B to PART A<br />
using moderate agitation. Mix until uniform.<br />
4. Begin cooling batch with good agitation. When batch is at 55°C, add<br />
Carbopol ® * Aqua CC Polymer. Mix until uniform.<br />
5. As gradual cooling and mixing of the batch continues, add Glycolic Acid to<br />
batch. Mix until uniform.<br />
6. PART E: Pre-mix ingredients and add to batch. Mix until uniform.<br />
Continue cooling batch.<br />
7. Adjust pH to 3.5 – 4.0 with Triethanolamine (99%).<br />
8. When batch is at 45-50°C, add PART G ingredients one at a time with<br />
good agitation. Continue cooling batch with mixing.<br />
9. Stop mixing when batch has cooled to 35-40°C.
