President Forsyth announced that an executive session had been requested.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The university counsel presented a report on matters of pending litigation.
Executive Session Adjourned for Committee Meetings
Mr. Forsyth announced that the executive session would be adjourned for meetings
of the Buildings and Grounds Committee and General Policy Committee.
The Board of Trustees regular meeting reconvened at 10:30 a.m.
MINUTES APPROVED
The secretary presented for approval the press proof of the minutes of the
Board of Trustees meeting of January 17, 1980, copies of which had
previously been sent to the board.
On motion of Mr. Howard, these minutes were approved as printed
on pages 497 to 51 7 inclusive.
