a research project funded by federal funds.
Funds will be included in the Center for Research in Criminal Justice in-
stitutional funds operating budget authorization request for FY 1980 to be sub-
mitted to the Board of Trustees.

for Crippled Children in Chicago
(42) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate
administrative officers, recommends renewal and amendment of the lease for the
office of the Division of Services for Crippled Children in Chicago, subject to the
availability of funds. The lease would be for the period July 1, 1979, through
June 30, 1980, as follows:

The renewal of this lease is for the same amount of rental space but at a
higher rate. The present rate is $6.90 per square foot and a total annual cost
of $40,137.36.
Funds have been included in the appropriation bill of the General Assembly
to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the University for FY 1980 and
will be included in the Division of Services for Crippled Children's operating
budget authorized in the request for FY 1980 to be submitted to the Board of
Trustees.

(43) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate
administrative officers, recommends renewal and amendment of the lease for
the office of the Division of Services for Crippled Children in Springfield, subject
to the availability of funds. The lease would be for the period July 1, 1979,
through June 30, 1980, as follows:
