The reduced forms <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Mono pronouns are <strong>the</strong> default forms used in Mono<br />

discourse, in contrast to nouns where <strong>the</strong> augmented form is <strong>the</strong> default. The citation<br />

form <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> pronouns is employed in a limited set <strong>of</strong> constructions in addition to isolation.<br />

These include predicate nominal constructions, both proper inclusion (11a) <strong>and</strong> equative<br />

(11b) clauses, cleft sentences (11c), <strong>and</strong> appositional noun phrases (11d) <strong>and</strong> (11e):<br />
