Records of any legal breach of . Environmental laws i.e. details of show- cause notices, closure notices etc. sewed by the GPCB to the existing unit in last three years and actions taken then after for prevention of pollution. The draft EIA reporl also covering the above additional TOR shall be prepared and submitted to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board for conduciing the public hearing / consultation process as per the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006. The project would be appraised on receipt of the final EIA report. 5\
