of trees, area of the green belt marked on ihe lay out plan, types of species to be
planted and the year'wise schedule of green belt development and budgetary outlay
should be submifted.
27. Proposal for socio economic upliftrnent aotivities alongwith ume bound action plan and
cost should be included.
28. A tabular chart for the issues raised and addressed during public hearing/consultation
should be provided
29. Details of scheme for surface as well as roof top rain water harvesting and ground water
recharge should be included.
30. Compliance of norms given under EPA Rules and CREP guidelines for the existing
plant and action plan for proposed activities to achieve the norms.
31. Details ol fatal I non-fatal accidents, loss of life or man hours, if any, occr.rrred in the
existing unit in last three years anci measures proposed to be taken for avoiding
reoccurence of such accidents in fufure.
32. Copies of previous environmental clearances obtained. Point-wise compliance to the
specific and general conditions stipulated in the environmental clearances.
33. compliance status of the existing unit with respect to various conditions given in
consent of Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). Records of any legal breach of
. Environmental laws i.e. details of show- cause notices, closure notices etc. sewed by
the GPCB to the existing unit in last three years and actions taken then after for
prevention of pollution.
The draft EIA reporl also covering the above additional TOR shall be prepared and
submitted to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board for conduciing the public hearing /
consultation process as per the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006. The project
would be appraised on receipt of the final EIA report.
