1. Please give details of GPCB visit report and airlwater/solid waste sample analysis report for existing unit in<br />
last two years.<br />
Please give details of MoEF regional office visit report in last two years, if any.<br />
Whether company had been issued show cause notice / closure order/notice under Water Act 1974 or Air Act<br />
1981 or Environment Protection Act 1986 since starting of existing unit? lf yes give details of it. Also what<br />
remedies had been taken for restarting operation?<br />
\Mether unit has submitted Environmental Audit Reports regularly to GPCB for existing plant? \y'y'hat were<br />
suggestions of Auditor in last two years report?<br />
\Men was Environmental Clearance applied for proposed production and what is date of Terms of Reference<br />
issued?<br />
€i. Please attach copy of Terms of Reference issued.<br />
7'. why there are two options in Table 1.1 about proposed power plant?<br />
€1. What was process of aoquiring 85 acre land at the time of installation of first plant?<br />
€1. why so much additional land was acquired at the starting of plant?<br />
10. Why coal/lignite based captive power plant has been selected when project proponent is weighing on<br />
sustainable development? Whether alternative fuel has been thought at planning stage? Please give details.<br />
11. Please exact details on water consumption of current plant and proposed expansion.<br />

16. Please give name of CPCB authorized recycler/trader to whom waste oil and other solid hazardous waste is<br />
given for existing unit.<br />
17. Please provide detailed greenbelt development programme, in terms of type and no. of species, area and<br />
water requirement.<br />
