menticlned that the public hearing has been conducted as per the provisions of the EIA<br />
Notification and as per the procedure laid down under the said notification during which the<br />
local affected people present in the public hearing have stressed on protection of the<br />
environment and generation of local employment and the company has replied the<br />
representations received during the public hearing, which have been recorded. The<br />
proceedings of the public hearing will be forwarded to Government of <strong>Gujarat</strong> for the further<br />
necessary action.<br />
Shri Gunvant Vaghela, Additional District Magistrate and Additional District Collector, Kutch<br />
repeatedly asked the people during the hearing to say any representation / suggestion /<br />
objection related to proposed project but there were no more any questions / objection /<br />
suggestion and hence public hearing proceeding wasdeclared as concluded<br />
