This Kingpinless addition to the heavy<br />
duty caster offering features a 1/2” thick<br />
forged SAE 1045 top plate, hot forged<br />
yoke base and 3/4” diameter balls in a<br />
4-1/2” diameter induction hardened raceway<br />
with high load capability.<br />
• Top and Yoke Plates — 1 ⁄2” thick hot drop<br />
forged<br />
• Raceway — 3 ⁄4” diameter balls in a 4 1 ⁄2” diameter<br />
induction hardened<br />
• Horn Side Members — 3 ⁄8” thick, formed steel,<br />
welded inside and out<br />
• Wheel Bearings — 1” heavy duty tapered roller<br />
bearing held in place by hardened thrust washers<br />
• Finish — Corrosion-resistant zinc<br />
• Kingpin — None (Kingpinless)<br />
• Lubrication — Fittings are installed for both swivel<br />
raceway and wheel bearings as required<br />
• Milled Slots — Four slots for directional lock<br />
is standard<br />
