This caster range features a single ball<br />
raceway comprised of a forged top plate<br />
and swivel assembly. They are secured<br />
with 1/2” diameter balls in 3” diameter<br />
precision machined raceway that is<br />
induction hardened. This popular caster<br />
is designed to handle many combinations<br />
of wheel diameter and width combinations<br />
for many load situations.<br />
• Top and Yoke Plate — SAE 1045 hot drop<br />
forged steel<br />
• Raceway — Precision machined 3” diameter<br />
for 1 ⁄2” diameter balls. Induction hardened for<br />
longevity<br />
• Kingpin — None (Kingpinless)<br />
• Horn Side Members — 5 ⁄16” thick steel, formed<br />
and welded both sides<br />
• Wheel Bearings — Roller and precision<br />
bearings are available<br />
• Lubrication — Fittings are installed for both<br />
swivel raceway and wheel bearings<br />
as required<br />
• Finish — Corrosion-resistant zinc<br />
• Milled Slots — Four slots for directional lock<br />
is standard<br />
