This Kingpinless caster offers more<br />
versatility to our product offering with the<br />
same top plate dimensions and overall<br />
height as our 1400 Series. This range<br />
replaces the HD1400 Series. The horn<br />
assemblies are rated at 2,000 lbs., making<br />
this series perfect for commercial use<br />
applications such as platform trucks,<br />
bakery equipment, and warehouse carts.<br />
• Top and Yoke Plate — 5 ⁄16” thick SAE 1045<br />
hot drop forged<br />
• Raceway — Precision machined 25 ⁄16” diameter for 3 ⁄8”<br />
balls. Induction hardened for longevity<br />
• Kingpin — None (Kingpinless)<br />
• Horn Side Members — 1 ⁄4” Formed steel welded<br />
both sides<br />
• Lubrication — Provided for both swivel and wheel<br />
bearings as required<br />
• Finish — Corrosion-resistant zinc<br />
• Milled Slots — Four slots for directional lock<br />
is standard<br />
• Wheel Bearings — Roller and precision bearings<br />
