This super heavy-duty caster provides the<br />
strength and precision needed for applications<br />
such as power drawn trailer usage<br />
and other applications requiring high load<br />
capacities and outstanding performance.<br />
The hot forged SAE 1045 steel swivel<br />
sections are combined with precision<br />
machining throughout. Add a 7” main<br />
load bearing and 1-1/4” tapered secondary<br />
load bearing and you have an<br />
exceptionally strong caster.<br />
• Top and Yoke Plates — 1” thick hot drop<br />
forged SAE 1045 steel<br />
• Upper Raceway — 7” diameter precision radial load<br />
bearing<br />
• Lower Raceway — Provided with 1 1 ⁄4” tapered bearing<br />
• Kingbolt — 1 1 ⁄4” kingbolt is integrally forged with the<br />
top plate for a precision fit between load and thrust<br />
bearing raceways<br />
• Horn Side Members — 1 ⁄2” thick, formed steel, double<br />
welded to the yoke plate<br />
• Wheel Bearings — 1 1 ⁄4” tapered roller bearings<br />
• Lubrication — Fittings are installed for both<br />
swivel raceway and wheel bearings as required<br />
• Finish — Corrosion-resistant zinc<br />
• Position Lock — Yoke plate notched for optional<br />
4-position lock<br />
